Start planning with the longest regular trip, the busiest pedestrian period, and the heaviest ordinary load. A route that looks adequate before gates open may not remain so after guests arrive. Document alternate parking locations and a hold point where drivers can wait for radio permission. Separate public hospitality travel from crew logistics wherever possible. After use, remove event materials, look for debris caught beneath the cart, and report changes promptly. A dusty high-temperature day can become a rain event with little warning.
