Manufacturer warranty and TIGON support

We help you understand your manufacturer warranty. ARIES EV warrants qualifying new products purchased from an authorized dealer against defects in material, assembly, and workmanship for two years from purchase, subject to its Parts Limited Warranty terms.

Lithium battery limited warranty: 10 years, described as 5/5 prorated, or the direct manufacturer's warranty, whichever is greater. Additional restrictions apply.

Two-year major component coverage includes the electric motor, controller, battery charger, chassis, transaxle, brake system (excluding pads and shoes), suspension components, and steering components.

Additional two-year component coverage includes the instrument panel, charging port, charging cord, body panels, windshield, bumpers, wiring harness, and safety equipment.

Exclusions include routine maintenance, normal wear and tear, cosmetic degradation, and electrical damage from current fluctuations or improper charging equipment or practices. Inadequate maintenance, neglect, abuse, improper storage, accidents, and collisions are excluded, as are unauthorized parts, accessories, or repairs.

Damage or loss from acts of nature, weather, vandalism, theft, war, social unrest, or other events outside ARIES EV's control is excluded. Transportation to and from warranty service is not covered. The complete written warranty governs coverage; ask our team about dump-bed equipment coverage before purchase.
