My husband and I purchased a new electric golf cart from Tigon in March at the Hatfield location. The reason we went with Tigon was the 5 star reviews.We ran into a problem with the cart and the people I dealt with were very attentive , picked the golf cart up , serviced it and delivered it back to us. Unfortunately we had another problem with it.I spoke to the owner and he said we shouldn’t have those problems with a brand new golf cart, and switched it out with another one. They delivered a new golf cart to us , no problem, no hassle and no charge!We love our new golf cart!The owner wants 100% satisfaction from all of his customers and will stand by all of his golf carts.We really want people to know how awesome they are!

I have been thinking about buying a golf cart for over a year and finally ending up buying one because Jared was helpful and honest. I was a bit concerned because we live in New Jersey and didn’t have time to drive to PA to look at the cart in person. We did look at other places near our beach home but found staff to be rude. This is purchase wasn’t a necessity so I was not going to make the purchase if the experience was not right. Jared made it right! Highly recommend this company!

I bought a 2023 Evolution lithium from Tigon in Hatfield. I live in Pocono Lake. They had by far the best price. Had one minor issue after 2 weeks and they sent a tech right away, who handled the issue (1 1/2 hr. drive). Very satisfied with the sales and service and love the golf cart. They just opened a location in the Poconos. The other golf cart dealer in the Poconos was terrible with prices, warranty and service.
Just want to give a shout-out here as we had a lovely buying experience. Called and spoke to a nice woman who told us to come in. Owner took care of us showed us around let us drive some golf carts and seriously left no question unanswered. No pressure what do ever he wanted us to have all the knowledge first before even thinking about pulling the trigger. Would highly recommend this place!
