Warranty Coverage
90 Day Bumper to Bumper Warranty
- Coverage: This warranty covers all parts and labor required to repair any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Free Spare Tire: Upon request, we will provide a free spare tire with your purchase.
Tigon Golf Carts Limited Warranty for Used Vehicles
Tigon Golf Carts LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Tigon Golf Carts”), warrants, subject to the provisions, limitations, and exclusions as provided herein, that any used vehicle purchased from a Tigon Golf Carts dealer will be free from defects in the components listed below for a period of 90 days from the purchase date. During the term of the stated limited warranty, any authorized Tigon Golf Carts dealer will repair, replace, or restore the materially defective part to its condition as of the purchase date, if determined to be materially defective by Tigon Golf Carts in its sole discretion. Tigon Golf Carts also retains the right to purchase the vehicle back from the customer at the full purchase price, at its own discretion. All parts replaced will become the property of Tigon Golf Carts. This stated limited warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the vehicle and under no circumstances is transferable to a new owner or subsequent lessee and immediately expires and becomes null and void upon resale or subsequent transfer of the vehicle.

Customer Responsibilities Under This Limited Warranty
- Submit Claims: Submit all limited warranty claims to the authorized dealer where the vehicle was purchased within 10 days of discovery.
- Provide Proof: Provide proof of the claimed defect, including photos and videos, as well as additional information and running diagnostics as requested by the authorized Tigon Golf Carts dealer.
- Arrange Transport: Arrange transport of the vehicle to and from the nearest authorized Tigon Golf Carts dealer for the limited warranty service to be completed.
Limitations of Liability
In no case shall Tigon Golf Carts be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damage, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage arising from or related to any alleged failure in a cart or battery charger or any damage or loss to the purchaser or any third party. Lost time, inconvenience, or any economic loss, whether or not Tigon Golf Carts was apprised of the foreseeability of such damage or losses, is also excluded. The purchaser’s exclusive alternative remedy is the repair or replacement of the vehicle if the limited remedy fails its essential purpose. Any legal claim or action alleging breach of limited warranty must be brought within three (3) months from the date the limited warranty claim arises and shall be brought solely and exclusively in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas in the County of Bucks or the Federal District Court encompassing Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Warranty Void Conditions
This limited warranty shall be considered immediately null and void if the vehicle or component at issue is abused, used in an unintended manner, or shows indications of alterations. This includes, but is not limited to, modifications of the speed governor, battery, battery charger, braking system, steering, transaxle, or other operating systems of the vehicle to cause it to perform outside normal use. The warranty is likewise void if the vehicle shows indications that reasonable or necessary maintenance, as outlined in the Owner’s Manual, was not performed at the specified times and manner. Tigon Golf Carts disclaims responsibility for any modifications, changes, or alterations that would adversely impact the safe operation of the vehicle or battery charger.
Exclusions
Excluded from any limited warranty coverage is damage to a vehicle or component resulting from a cause other than a defect, including, but not limited to:
- General wear and tear
- Abuse and neglect
- Lack of maintenance
- Accidents, collision, theft, vandalism
- Acts of God and weather damage (rain, snow, hail, flooding, lightning)
- Fading, rust, deterioration, paint
- Damage from transportation
- Noises developed from wear and tear
- Fire
- Damage caused from an unauthorized charger or extension cord
- Vehicles that have been disassembled at any point by anyone other than an authorized Tigon Golf Carts dealer
- Damage caused by fluctuation in electric currents
- Modifications made to the cart that affect the vehicle’s performance or operation
Disclaimer
This limited warranty is exclusive. Tigon Golf Carts makes no other warranty of any kind expressed or implied. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose that exceed the obligations or time limits stated in this warranty are hereby disclaimed by Tigon Golf Carts and excluded from the warranty. The repair of the defective vehicle or component thereof is the sole remedy of the purchaser. Tigon Golf Carts makes no other representation or warranty of any kind, and no representative, employee, distributor, or dealer of Tigon Golf Carts has the authority to make or imply any representation, promise, or agreement that in any way varies the terms of the warranty.
Warning
Any modification or alteration to the vehicle beyond factory specifications, including those that affect the weight distribution, stability, or speed of the vehicle, can cause serious personal injury or death and will void this warranty in its entirety.
